Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight options are also available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorization number and return instructions within 2 business days.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Return the original item following our return process, then place a new order for your preferred size. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure PayPal-powered checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed through PayPal, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws. The tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Sizing & Fit

How do your clothes fit?

Our clothing is designed with a tailored-but-comfortable fit — not oversized, not restrictive. Each product page includes a description of the fit and cut. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up as our pieces are designed to be worn with a slight ease.

Do you offer plus sizes?

We currently offer sizes XS through XL. We are actively working to expand our size range. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when extended sizes become available.

Product Care

How should I care for my Profitbackforex garments?

Care instructions vary by product and are printed on the care label inside each garment. In general: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly. For wool, cashmere, and silk pieces, dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water is recommended.

How do I prevent my clothes from fading or shrinking?

Turn garments inside out before washing, use cold water, and avoid over-drying. High heat is the primary cause of shrinkage and color fading. Following the care label instructions will maximize the longevity of your investment.

Orders & Account

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, before they enter fulfillment. Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. After 2 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will arrange the correct item to be shipped to you at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
