We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed — in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Purchased directly from profitbackforex.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Accessories that have been worn (scarves, caps, etc.) for hygiene reasons — unless defective.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 4: Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Profitbackforex is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the item shows signs of wear), we will contact you to discuss options.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you receive the replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
