Free Shipping on Orders Over $75

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place your order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier is chosen at the time of fulfillment to ensure the most reliable delivery to your address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Note that delivery times to non-contiguous states and territories may be longer than listed above.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Profitbackforex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and building management in case the package was left nearby.
  • Check all entry points and common areas of your building.
  • Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly before arrival.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected].
